Deleting a billing group
If you no longer need a billing group in Lumen Connect, you can delete it (to avoid having to sort through a list of billing groups to find the one you want). If you need to add or remove accounts from a group or rename a billing group, you can do that instead of deleting the group and creating a new one.
To delete a billing group:
- Using the left menu, do any of the following:
- Click Billing, then click Invoices.
- Click Billing, then click Payments.
- Click Billing, then click Account Settings.
- Click Billing, then click Invoices.
- From the Saved Billing Groups list, select the billing group you want to work with.
Lumen Connect filters the list of accounts to show those included in the billing group.
- Click the icon, then click Delete.
Lumen Connect deletes the billing group.
