Enrolling to receive invoice PDFs by email
For select accounts, you can sign up to receive a PDF copy of your invoice by email using Lumen Connect. You can select whether you want a regular PDF (no password) or a secure PDF (password-protected). To help keep your information secure, we recommend you choose the secure option. Your PDF password is the billing zip code for the account. When you enroll an account, you can add up to five email addresses to receive the PDF. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for us to process your request.
To enroll to receive invoice PDFs by email:
- Using the left menu, click Billing, then click Account Settings.
- Click the Invoice PDF tab.
Lumen Connect shows a list of the accounts on the enterprise ID and the current enrollment status for each account:
- Enrolled: Account is currently enrolled to receive an invoice PDF by email each month. For accounts in Enrolled status, the Password Protection column shows whether delivery is Secured (password protected) or UnSecure (not password protected).
- Enrollment Pending: We are currently processing your request to enroll in invoice PDF delivery.
- Eligible: Account is eligible to enroll to receive an invoice PDF by email each month.
- Ineligible: Account is not eligible to enroll to receive an invoice PDF by email each month.
- Unenrollment Pending: We are currently processing your request to unenroll from invoice PDF delivery.
- Do one of the following:
- To enroll one account, click the icon (in the Actions column).
- To enroll multiple accounts, select the checkbox on the row for the account(s) you want to enroll, then click Enroll.
- To enroll one account, click the icon (in the Actions column).
- In the window that appears, review the account(s) you selected to confirm you want to enroll them to receive invoice PDFs, then do one of the following:
- To receive secure PDFs (password-protected using your billing ZIP code, select the Secure radio button.
- To receive unsecured PDFs (no password protection), select the Unsecure radio button.
- To receive secure PDFs (password-protected using your billing ZIP code, select the Secure radio button.
- Type the email address you want the invoice PDF sent to, then click NEXT. (To send the invoice PDF to more email addresses, click Add Another Email and type the email address.)
- Confirm you authorize the change by selecting the I authorize… checkbox and typing your name in the field, then, click SUBMIT.
Lumen Connect submits your request. Once we enroll the account, you'll see it listed in Enrolled status.
