Portal Support Center: for issues accessing your Security features—such as reports, list of services, or the Lumen Security Solutions portal—including security signin, usernames/passwords, or security tokens (using two-factor authentication).

Security Operations Center (SOC): for issues with Security Services or the Security Solutions portal—such as questions about usability or event data.
- For all services except Security Log Monitoring, create a security repair ticket using Lumen Connect. (Click Support, then click Security Repair Tickets.)
