Welcome to Lumen Connect—your hub for managing Lumen services. From tracking orders and configuring services to monitoring performance and tickets, Lumen Connect helps keep your technology at your fingertips.
Let's help get you set up:
- Sign in to Lumen Connect.
- Check your profile information and make any needed updates. (We use this information to contact you about your Lumen services and to pre‑fill contact fields on tickets or requests.)
- Set up notifications you want to receive for billing, repair ticket, or scheduled network maintenance.
- System administrator? If you're a Lumen Connect system administrator, you can create additional users for your organization. For example, you could set up a user to manage Lumen invoices, create and manage repair tickets, or monitor network performance. Getting the right people into the portal helps make your organization more efficient.

From Lumen Connect, you can access Bill Analyst to view summary or detail reports to track and analyze your telecom spending data. With your billing data, you can view standard reports or create custom reports to:
- rank telecom expenses as a budget item
- allocate costs across multiple departments or locations
- track calling patterns
- share costs with other departments
- consolidate statements
- align hierarchies, markups, and cost allocations
- allocate automatically
- check for errors
