Automation
They are advisory, engineering, deployment and managed services that take a legacy network to a software-defined, centrally managed one. The scope spans network discovery and audit, target-state architecture, high and low level design, phased migration and cutover, and day-two operations across LAN, WAN, WLAN, data centre, cloud connectivity and network security.
That is the normal starting point. The assessment phase discovers your assets, topology, traffic patterns, applications and processes, and produces an infrastructure inventory, a picture of your current architecture, modernisation recommendations, a conceptual target state and a bill of materials. You end up with documentation you can rely on, whether or not you proceed to build.
Through sequencing. Sites are grouped into waves, a pilot site goes first, and every cutover follows a detailed migration runbook with checkpoints, pre-testing, user acceptance testing and a documented fallback plan. Change approvals and communications are agreed with your team in advance, and cutovers are scheduled to suit your business windows.
Our engineers hold certifications across the major routing, switching, wireless, firewall, load balancing, SDN and SD-WAN platforms, and we maintain network and professional services partnerships in APAC. We stay platform-agnostic and recommend on fit and cost rather than on a single vendor relationship.
Transformation does not end at go-live. You can move to a managed service covering 24/7 monitoring and reporting, incident, problem and change management, patch and vulnerability management, vendor management, capacity planning and continuous service improvement, with Advanced Managed Services available where you need senior specialists and formal governance.
