Viewing Ethernet On-Demand service details

You can view detailed information for any Lumen® Ethernet On‑Demand connection—whether active, disconnected, or failed—in Lumen Connect℠. While viewing the details, you can also disconnect the service (if active) or clone the connection. 

To view service details: 

  1. In the Services widget on the homepage, select Ethernet On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
  1. Click the   icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to view details for, then click Service Details. 

    Lumen Connect shows the connection details, which vary depending on the connection type.
