Viewing Internet On‑Demand service details
You can use Lumen Connect℠ to view service details for your Lumen® Internet On‑Demand connection (to Equinix, Digital Realty, or customer port). Lumen Connect shows IP address information and service tokens.
You can create a repair ticket, disconnect service, update nickname, and update bandwidth using manage service from the service details.
To view Internet On-Demand service details:
- In the Services widget on the homepage, select Internet On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to view details for, then click Service Details.
Lumen Connect shows the service IP addresses, VLAN, and service token.
