Updating IP VPN On‑Demand service nickname

You can change the Lumen® IP VPN On‑Demand service nickname that displays on your invoice using Lumen Connect℠.

To update the service nickname:

  1. In the Services widget on the homepage, select IP VPN On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
  1. Click the   icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Update Nickname. 
  1. Type in the new Service Nickname, then click SAVE.

    Lumen Connect updates the service nickname in inventory and the new nickname displays on your next invoice.
