Accessing your SNMP credentials for Flow-Based Monitoring
Using Lumen Connect you can access your SNMP credentials to help you set up Flow-Based Monitoring for services such as Lumen® DDoS Hyper® and Lumen® DDoS Mitigation Service. Use Flow-Based Monitoring for early detection and notification of attacks. By collecting flow data from either your routers or Lumen provider edge (PE) routers, Flow-Based Monitoring inspects your Internet traffic for anomaly behaviors that may indicate a DDoS attack.
To access your SNMP credentials for Flow-Based Monitoring:
- Using the left menu, click Admin, then click Secure Access.
Lumen Connect lists Secure Access Site services for your organization. Each service lists the circuits, passwords, and additional network information for remote sites for the service on the billing account number shown.
- Click the DDoS tab.
Lumen Connect shows the SNMP configuration parameters for Flow-Based Monitoring. (You may have to scroll to the right to view the SNMP username, password, privacy key, etc.)
