Viewing a list of active threats
You can view a list of active threats for services enabled with Lumen Defender℠ Powered by Black Lotus Labs® using the Lumen Defender dashboard (available within Lumen Connect℠). Customize the list to view threats for a specific time period, filter the list, view details for individual threats, and export the data for more processing. You can also view a list of blocked threats for your organization’s protected services.
To view a list of active threats:
- Using the left menu, click Monitoring & Reports, then click Defender.
Lumen Connect shows the Lumen Defender dashboard with a list of all threats for the past 12 hours. At the top, Lumen Connect shows a summary of total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period. Lumen Defender Essentials only shows severe, very high, and high threats.
- From the All Threats list, select Active.
Lumen Connect shows a list of active threats for the past 12 hours. At the top of the tab, Lumen Connect shows a summary of the total number of active threats, total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period.
- Do any of the following to review the threats shown:
- To refresh the page, click the icon.
- To filter by risk level, from the Any Risk Level list, select the risk level(s), then click Apply.
- Click Add Filters to further filter the threat list.
- To view more information about a threat, click the threat IP.
- To change the period for the threats shown in the table, select an option from the Last 12 Hours list.
- To download a CSV file of the threats listed, click the icon.
- To refresh the page, click the icon.
