Updating a route plan for a SIP Trunking service
For a Lumen® SIP Trunking service, a route plan consists of one or more trunks and it controls how we deliver calls to those trunks (known as inbound traffic). You can control your outbound traffic by changing how your configuration and equipment points to our trunks. After you create a route plan, you can update it to reflect you current business needs. Depending on the hunt type used when the route plan was created, you can update the percent allocation or hunt sequence for the route plan. If you no longer need a route plan, you can also delete it from Lumen Connect.
