Configuring your Cisco SPA3102 ATA

Follow the instructions below to configure the profile rule for your Cisco SPA3102 ATA (analog termination adapter). It has one analog FXS port and one FXO port. You can also get help configuring your Cisco SPA122 ATA (discontinued).

To configure your Cisco SPA3012 ATA:

  1. Connect your laptop or PC to the ATA (yellow port) by Ethernet cable.
  1. In a web browser, put in URL and type: 192.168.0.1.
  1. Type the following credentials:

    • User Name: user
    • Password: admin

Note: If the credentials above don't work, contact your previous service provider or the company you purchased the device(s) from to obtain the password.

  1.  Voice > Provisioning > Profile Rule. Copy and paste the following URL: http://xsp1.ctlvoice.com/dms/Cisco3102/$MA_SPA3102.xml
  1. Click Submit, and then reboot the device.
