Changing a calling card
After you submit an order to add a calling card, you can change it in Lumen Connect. Use this procedure to change calling card orders that are network- or billing-ready. If you no longer need a calling card, you can disconnect it using Lumen Connect.
To change a calling card:
- Using the left menu, click Orders, click Manage Orders, then click Change.
- From the Service Type list, select Card.
- In the Calling Card Code field, enter a calling card code, then click Lookup.
Lumen Connect creates the order form using the existing calling card information.
- Edit the following fields as necessary:
- Remarks
- Order ID (you must enter a new order ID for the change)
- International Origination (for change orders only)
- International Termination (for change orders only)
- Click Submit Request.
A message pops up with your order confirmation results. You can correct any errors in the order and resubmit it.
- Take a screenshot or make note of the order confirmation results information. (When you click OK, Lumen Connect dismisses the information). The results information is not available for later retrieval, but you can look up the 8XX, ANI, or Card on your account in Service Status.
- Click OK.
