Viewing a list of your order templates
You can view a list of templates you've created for submitting wholesale orders to Lumen for processing. If you no longer need a template, you can delete it from Lumen Connect.
Note: You can only see templates you've created. Templates created by other Lumen Connect users in your organization are only visible for the user who created the template.
To view a list of your order templates:
- Using the left menu, click Orders, click Manage Orders, then click Order Templates.
Lumen Connect lists the order templates you've created.
