Updating a Voice Complete group profile
As a Voice Complete Feature Manager administrator, you can use Lumen Connect to update the group profile information associated with a set of Lumen® Voice Complete® phone numbers in your organization. You can manage the group's custom name, caller ID name, or caller ID phone number. As an administrator, you can also forward calls for multiple phone numbers at once (bulk call forwarding).
To update a Voice Complete group profile:
- Using the left menu, click Services, click Service Tools, then click Voice Complete Features.
Lumen Connect shows the groups associated with your Voice Complete service.
- On the card for the group you want to work with, click View Group.
Lumen Connect lists the phone numbers associated with the group you selected.
- Click the Group Profile tab.
Lumen Connect shows the profile for the group: ID number, number of users, administrators for the group, and any customization for the group (such as custom name, caller ID name, or caller ID phone number).
- Do any of the following:
- To customize the name of the group, type a name in the Custom Group Name field.
- To remove the custom name for the group, clear the information in the Custom Group Name field.
- To use a custom name on the caller ID for phone numbers in this group, type a name in the Calling Line ID Group Name field, then select the Use group name checkbox.
- To remove the custom name from showing on the caller ID for phone numbers in this group, clear the Use group name checkbox. (You can leave the information in the Calling Line ID Group Name field.)
- To use a custom number on the caller ID for phone numbers in this group, type a name in the Calling Line ID Group Number field, then select the Use group number checkbox.
- To remove the custom number from showing on the caller ID for phone numbers in this group, clear the Use group number checkbox. (You can leave the information in the Calling Line ID Group Number field.)
- To customize the name of the group, type a name in the Custom Group Name field.
