Deleting a speed dial directory contact
If you no longer need a contact in your Contact Center Client speed dial directory, delete it to make looking through your contacts easier. You can also update a contact so you don't have to delete one and create a new one.
To delete a speed dial directory contact:
- Click the record for the contact, then click Delete.
The Contact Center Client removes the contact from your speed dial directory.
