We work across the four major hyperscalers – AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Alibaba Cloud – and stay platform-agnostic. We recommend the right cloud for each workload based on fit, cost and compliance rather than a single vendor relationship.
That is the normal starting point. Our assessment phase uses automated discovery to map your infrastructure, applications and dependencies, then produces an inventory, a modernisation roadmap using the 7 Rs, a target design and a costed business case, so you leave with documentation you can rely on whether or not you proceed.
Through sequencing. Workloads are grouped into waves, a pilot migration goes first, and every cutover follows a detailed migration plan with fallback procedures, testing and clear sign-off before we move to the next wave.
Transformation does not end at go-live. Our Tailored Managed Services provide 24/7 monitoring and management, incident and change management, cost optimisation and ongoing support, so your environment keeps improving over time.
