Lumen Webinar and Events – Terms and Conditions

By registering for and attending a Lumen Event or Webinar, you agree to the following:

  • Webinar Recording and reuse. Webinar sessions will be recorded. Lumen may reproduce, edit, distribute and use the recording, transcript, chat, Q&A and poll responses for promotional, educational and training purposes across Lumen and partner channels.
  • Visibility to others. Questions, chat messages and poll responses you submit may be seen by other participants, the speakers, Lumen and its co-host, and may be captured in the recording and reused as above.
  • No confidential information. Please do not share confidential, proprietary, personal, customer, regulated or otherwise non-public information about your organisation or any third party. Keep questions general and avoid details that identify specific incidents, systems, customers or individuals.
  • Professional conduct. Please engage respectfully. Lumen reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, unlawful or inappropriate behaviour.
  • No unauthorised recording. You agree not to record, screenshot, redistribute or repost the session or materials without Lumen's prior written consent.
  • Personal data. Registration details are handled in line with the Lumen Privacy Notice.
  • Speaker views. Views expressed by external speakers are their own and do not represent Lumen or their respective organisations unless expressly stated.
