GOVERNANCE

Virginia Boulet is a corporate governance leader with securities expertise developed throughout her career as Special Counsel at Adams and Reese LLP from March 2002 to March 2014 as a Corporate and Securities Partner at Phelps Dunbar LLP from 1992 to March 2002 and as the President and Chief Operating Officer of IMDiversity, Inc. from March 2002 to March 2004.

Ms. Boulet taught as an adjunct professor of securities regulation and mergers and acquisitions law at Loyola University - New Orleans College of Law from 2004 to 2018.

Ms. Boulet currently serves on the public company board of W&T Offshore, Inc. She joined the Board in 1995.
