Diankha Linear
Diankha Linear is a senior executive and proven operator with more than 20 years of experience leading across highly regulated technology, logistics, and retail industries. Her career reflects proven success in developing, driving, and executing business strategies for Fortune 500 companies and technology startups. Ms. Linear previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Community, Inc., a technology startup disrupting how brands interact with their customers at scale.
Prior to joining Community, Inc., Ms. Linear was a corporate officer at Convoy, Inc. and held leadership roles at specialty fashion retailer Nordstrom, and Expeditors International of Washington, a global logistics company. Her leadership and strategic abilities were initially forged by 16 years of military service in the U.S. Army Reserve (Airborne), including as a Logistics, Civil Affairs Special Operations Forces Unit, and Judge Advocate General officer. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the University of Washington.
Ms. Linear's other leadership experience includes serving as a board member of Swedish Health Systems, one of the largest health networks in the Puget Sound area, as well as Rainer Scholars and the Lake Washington Girls Middle School. Ms. Linear joined the Board in 2024.
