Lumen Internet On-Demand Promo Rate Offer

1. Scope. In addition to all applicable terms and conditions governing the Internet On-Demand Services, Customer agrees to the following conditions related to the Promotion. Internet On-Demand activations eligible for this Promotion are subject to facilities and capacity availability. Lumen may change the terms of the Promotion and may modify or cancel the terms of the Promotion at any time without notice.

2. Description. Promotion applies to new Internet On-Demand connections activated on the Customer account associated with the corresponding Lumen Customer ID. Customer will receive 36 months of Internet On-Demand Service at a 20% discounted hourly usage rate (“Promotion Period”). Promotion may be applied to multiple connections on the same Customer account. At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, Customer will continue to receive the Internet On-Demand Service and will be billed at the standard rate for the selected bandwidth, unless Service is disconnected by Customer. Upon conclusion of the Promotion Period, Customer is responsible for all applicable charges, including any taxes, fees and surcharges.

3. Limitations. Customer may terminate the Service at any time with no early termination charges. 1 Mbps bandwidth speeds are excluded. Promotional pricing does not apply to security add-on products. Promotion automatically ends upon (i) Customer termination of the Service; (ii) Customer-submitted request for change in bandwidth; (iii) suspension of the service in accordance with the Lumen Platform Agreement; or (iv) the conclusion of the Promotion Period (i.e. 36 months after activation).  Upon termination, Customer will not be permitted to re-apply the Promotion to the same service. May not be combined with other discounts, offers or promotions. All other terms and conditions governing the Internet On-Demand Service remain in full force and effect. Offer ends July 31, 2026. Upon expiration of the Promotion, Lumen may archive these Terms and Conditions. Customer is responsible for retaining or printing any copies of the archived or expired Terms and Conditions for its records.
