1. Scope. This Promotion applies to Lumen Defender Plus Services (“Eligible Services”). In addition to all applicable terms and conditions governing the Eligible Services, Customer agrees to the following conditions related to the Promotion. “Eligible Customer” means a Customer that purchases a new Lumen Defender Plus Service associated with an existing Intelligent Internet service. Customers upgrading from Defender Essentials to Defender Plus are also eligible if Defender Plus is being activated for the first time on the applicable Intelligent Internet service. The Promotion may be applied to each qualifying active Intelligent Internet Service instance and is not subject to any limitation based on the number of qualifying Intelligent Internet Service instances associated with a Customer account. Lumen digital products and services eligible for this Promotion are subject to facilities and capacity availability. Lumen may change the terms of the Promotion and may modify or cancel the terms of the Promotion at any time without notice.

2. Description. Eligible Customers will receive the first three (3) months of Eligible Service at no charge. In addition, any non-recurring charges associated with the Eligible Service activation will be waived. Beginning in the fourth month after activation, Customer will be responsible for all applicable recurring and non-recurring charges, as well as any applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.

3. Limitations. Customer may terminate the Eligible Service at any time with no early termination charges. Does not apply to Lumen Defender Essentials. Promotion will only apply where Eligible Services are added to an existing Intelligent Internet connection not exceeding 1Gbps. Promotion automatically ends upon (i) Customer-submitted request for upgrade, downgrade, or termination of the Eligible Service; or (ii) suspension of Service in accordance with the Lumen Platform Agreement. Upon termination, Customer will not be permitted to re-apply the Promotion to the same service instance. All other terms and conditions governing the Intelligent Internet Service remain in full force and effect. Offer ends January 31, 2027. Upon expiration of the Promotion, Lumen may archive these Terms and Conditions. Customer is responsible for retaining or printing any copies of the archived or expired Terms and Conditions for its records.
