  • SLA measured from date that Customer Order and Order Addendum are fully executed and received by Lumen
  • Applies only to RapidRoutes static routes with gateways in 25 major metro markets 
  • SLA applies exclusively to new RapidRoutes orders 
  • If SLA is not met, customers can receive a one-time service credit based on the delay beyond the Customer Commit Date (see below)
