Mark Hacker is EVP and Chief Legal Officer & Public Sector at Lumen Technologies. He leads the company's legal, public policy, and public sector organizations.

Hacker was previously EVP, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Motorola Solutions, Inc. He held a variety of leadership positions during his 22-year career there. Prior to Motorola Solutions, he was a corporate finance associate with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC and an accountant with Arthur Andersen LLP.

Hacker is a member of the Illinois and Pennsylvania state bars, has been a certified public accountant, and served as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University School of Law. Hacker is also a member of the President's Advisory Council of Villanova University.

Hacker earned a Bachelor's degree in accountancy from Villanova University and a law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
