In order to use Network On‑Demand Services from a premise or data center location, Customers must first have an existing UNI port that meets certain eligibility requirements. Lumen will determine whether an existing port meets the eligibility requirements for Network On‑Demand Services. An existing UNI port is not required for cloud‑to‑cloud connectivity. Service not available everywhere. Lumen may change, cancel or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area at its sole discretion and without notice. Credit approval required. In limited instances, Lumen may require a deposit as a condition of providing Service. Additional restrictions, terms and conditions apply. Ethernet On-Demand is part of the Lumen Network-as-a-Service portfolio. As part of Lumen Network-as-a-Service products, Ethernet On-Demand offers scalable bandwidth, pay-as-you-go hourly billing and is delivered within minutes of purchase.

Ethernet On-Demand currently has three Class of Service options: Basic, Enhanced and Dedicated.

Lumen Network-as-a-Service products simplify the network purchasing by making networks easy to buy, manage and use. Customers with an existing Lumen NaaS Port can log into their Lumen Control Center account and select a NaaS-enabled location and bandwidth amount. Within minutes, your Ethernet On-Demand service will be ready for you to use.

Ethernet On-Demand offers flexible pricing with hourly and monthly options. Rates depend on your selected bandwidth speed. For detailed pricing by speed, please refer to the pricing section or contact sales for a custom quote.
