NaaS represents the overall digital networking model, while Ethernet Fabric Connect delivers fabric‑based Ethernet with scalable bandwidth, centralized control and automation across enterprise sites, data centers and cloud environments.

Yes. Lumen offers basic and dedicated tiers of service. 1. Basic • Lowest-cost option with solid performance • Ideal for noncritical traffic like email or file transfers 2. Dedicated • Highest priority with real-time traffic handling • Best for voice, video and latency-sensitive apps

Lumen Connect centralizes visibility and control for Ethernet services, with end-to-end performance and utilization monitoring across locations. Capabilities include: • Site-level and end-to-end visibility into latency, jitter and packet delivery • Bandwidth utilization monitoring • Historical performance insights • Configurable threshold alerts with email notifications

Within minutes, the network connection will be available for use. Updates about network delivery will come through Lumen Connect. You can also view all currently active, previously disconnected and pending active or disconnected connections via the portal dashboard.
