Diankha Linear

Diankha Linear is a senior executive and proven operator with more than 20 years of experience leading across highly regulated technology, logistics and retail industries. Her career reflects proven success in developing, driving and executing business strategies for Fortune 500 companies and technology startups.

Ms Linear is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Community, Inc., a technology startup that is disrupting how brands interact with their customers with an engagement platform that connects businesses, brands and public figures to their audiences at scale through text messaging.

Prior to joining Community, Inc., Ms. Linear was a corporate officer at Convoy, Inc. and held leadership roles at speciality fashion retailer Nordstrom and Expeditors International of Washington, a global logistics company. Her leadership and strategic abilities were initially forged by 16 years of military service in the U.S. Army Reserve (Airborne), including as a Logistics and Judge Advocate General officer. She is a graduate of the University of Washington and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Ms Linear serves on the Board of Directors for Community, Inc., Board of Trustees for Swedish Health Systems, and the Board of Directors of the not‑for‑profit college access and leadership development programme, Rainier Scholars.
