*Listed rates available to qualifying business customers purchasing service for an eligible, continental U.S. location. Requires a 36‑month term commitment and minimum purchase as stated. Monthly rates include features listed and exclude applicable monthly usage, optional add‑on products and services, taxes and fees, which are all additional charges. External CUCM, on‑premise PBX, 3rd party configurations and local gateways are excluded, not part of standard configuration and require the purchase of additional professional services. Early termination fees will apply as set forth in customer’s service agreement. Customer must remain in good standing and monthly rate may terminate if customer changes account in any manner including, but not limited to, their service location. Services not available everywhere. Lumen may change, cancel, or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area at its sole discretion without notice.
