Rates are per hour, per circuit for circuits between 100 Mbps and 1 Gbps and available to eligible U.S. business customers purchasing Lumen Internet On-Demand. Existing Lumen Internet On-Demand customers will incur a $50 non-recurring charge to add the service. Rates exclude transport, taxes and fees, which are additional charges. Lumen Defender is available in most Internet On-Demand service areas, dependent on access to a NaaS-enabled port which is subject to eligibility requirements. It may not be available for all possible Internet On-Demand configurations. Lumen Defender is not available in IPv6 and dual stack configurations or configurations with bandwidths higher than 1 Gbps. Lumen may change, cancel, or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area at its sole discretion and without notice. Credit approval required. In limited instances, Lumen may require a deposit as a condition of providing Service. Additional restrictions, terms and conditions apply.

Lumen Defender is an add-on to the Lumen® Internet On-Demand (IoD) service. You can order it through the Control Center portal for both existing and new IoD circuits. Simply choose Lumen Defender Essentials or Plus. The service will begin protecting your circuit with no additional hardware needed.
