Lumen Network‑as‑a‑Service

1. Scope. Customer is bound by both the Lumen Platform Agreement and the Internet On‑Demand Promotion Terms and Conditions for the duration of the Promotion. The Lumen Platform Agreement can be found here.

2. Description. The first twenty (20) Customers activating @500mb connection(s) will receive the connection(s) for $0.01 per hour until November 30, 2023. As of 11:59 pm Mountain Standard Time November 30th, pricing will be adjusted to the offered price for the @500mb service on a go‑forward basis. Customer is responsible for all applicable fees and taxes. Connections are subject to facilities and capacity availability.

3. Service Termination. Customer may terminate the service at any time with no early termination charges or fees.

4. Invoicing. Customer is responsible for any billable services used during the time the Promotion is active and will be invoiced in accordance with the Lumen Platform Agreement.

5. Post Promotion Customer options. This Promotion will automatically expire once the first twenty Customers’ eligible 500mb activations are complete, or at 11:59 pm Mountain Standard Time on November 30, 2023, whichever comes first. Following the expiration of this Promotion, Customers will be able to activate services at the offered price. 

6. Customer Testimonial. By activating a connection(s) for Internet‑On‑Demand at the pricing identified in this promotion, Customer agrees to the following for Lumen external marketing purposes (collectively, “Customer Reference Activities”):

• Company logo and quote highlighting potential and/or realized benefits, mutually agreed upon by the parties within three weeks of activation date.
• Written customer case study (prepared by Lumen), mutually agreed upon by the parties within two months of activation date.

After the 180th day following the activation date, Customer may revoke Lumen’s prospective use of Customer Reference Activities by providing 30 days’ prior written notice. Lumen reserves the right to charge Customer the offered pricing in lieu of the promotional rates for the length of the connection, if Customer faiIs to comply with the terms and conditions of this promotion.
