Lumen Defender

Lumen Defender is an add-on to Lumen® Intelligent Internet and Dedicated Internet Access services. You can order it using Lumen Connect for both existing and new Lumen® Intelligent Internet or Dedicated Internet Access circuits. Lumen Defender Essentials is only available with Lumen® Intelligent Internet service. The service will begin protecting your circuit with no additional hardware needed.

Lumen Defender is compatible for Lumen Intelligent Internet customers with a circuit speed of 1 Gbps or lower or Dedicated Internet Access customers with IPv4 and a circuit speed of 10 Gbps or below. The service is generally available to eligible Lumen® Intelligent Internet or Dedicated Internet Access U.S. business customers.

Lumen Defender is compatible for Lumen® Intelligent Internet or Dedicated Internet Access customers with IPv4 and a circuit speed of 10 Gbps or lower. Current Lumen® Intelligent Internet or Dedicated Internet Access customers can add Lumen Defender for a $50 non-recurring charge (NRC).
