Start by selecting your term, port bandwidth size and whether you need Flat Rate or Commit Plus Burst. Then, just choose your peak data rate and receive an itemized quote. You may supply your own router, or Lumen can provide Managed Router service for an additional monthly recurring charge. Simply select the Managed Router option in Marketplace, and a pre-defined router based on your port type will be included with the order. You can also opt to have us manage the service installation from the demarc point to your office by selecting the Building Extension add-on option. After you submit your order, you will receive an order number for reference. We'll contact you to confirm the date of your building extension service and send email updates as your order progresses. You'll receive a connection notification via email and in the Lumen Control Center customer portal when installation is complete. View your invoices anytime in the Lumen Connect.
