Procurement and subcontract support for SLED government customers

The mission of the SLED procurement organization is to provide procurement and subcontract support for state, local, education, government customers. In doing so, Lumen fully supports its Small Business Program initiatives.

All procurement activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, recognized standards of business conduct, the Lumen compliance program and the expectations of our SLED customers via contractual flowdown requirements.

While Lumen does not guarantee work to potential subcontractors, suppliers and/or teaming partners, we engage quality Disabled, HUBZone, LGBTQ, Minority, Service‑Disabled Veteran, Small, Small Disadvantaged, Veteran and Woman‑Owned Business Enterprises.
