Lumen Control Center account creation
You will receive an email with your username. For security purposes, your temporary password will be sent in a separate email. Once logged into Lumen Control Center, you will be asked to change your password. To ensure that you receive our responses, please add lumen.com and threatx.com (if you also ordered Web Application Firewall) to your safe sender domains.
For Lumen customers who don’t have two-factor authentication: If you are the technical or order contact user, log out and then log back into Lumen Control Center to finalize the two-factor authentication setup. Enterprise administrators will need to set up two-factor authentication for all other users who need access to the security services portal.
If you already have two-factor authentication set up with Lumen security services, no action is required.
Once two-factor authentication is completed, you will be asked to complete the technical specifications for your DDoS Hyper solution. You will receive a link to complete this setup in your confirmation email. If you ordered Web Application Firewall with your DDoS Hyper solution, you will be contacted within 24 hours of your order submission by ThreatX to complete the setup.
