Lumen® Control Center gives you access to critical site and circuit-specific performance metrics for bandwidth utilization, latency, packet delivery and jitter. Performance backed by service level agreements (SLAs) and threshold alert email support. You can also view invoices, check the status of an order and more.

Listed monthly rates include port, access, and logical service for non-burstable DIA and excludes equipment charges, installation charges, construction charges, building extensions, and taxes and fees, which are additional charges. Early termination fees will apply as set forth in customer’s service agreement. Customer must remain in good standing and monthly rate may terminate if customer changes account in any manner including, but not limited to, their service location. Start by selecting your term, port bandwidth size and whether you need Flat Rate or Commit Plus Burst. Then, just choose your peak data rate, all summarized with an itemized quote.
Upon order submission, you will be presented with an order number for reference. Additionally, you will receive email notifications as your order progresses. Once installation is complete, you will receive a connection notification. Invoices can be viewed in the Lumen Control Center.
You may supply your own router, or Lumen can provide Managed Router service for an additional monthly recurring charge. Simply select the Managed Router option in Marketplace, and a pre-defined router based on your port type will be included with the order. You can also opt to have Lumen manage the service installation from the demarc point to your office suite by selecting the Building Extension add-on option. After submitting your order, we’ll contact you to confirm the date of your building extension service. Once installation is complete, you’ll receive a connection notification via email and in the Lumen Control Center customer portal.
