All pricing is a flat monthly rate, varies by service location, and is available to qualifying business customers purchasing new service in an eligible, continental U.S.-based on-net fiber location. Requires a 36-month term commitment. Listed monthly rates include port, access, and logical service for non-burstable DIA and excludes equipment charges, installation charges, construction charges, building extensions, and taxes and fees, which are additional charges. Early termination fees will apply as set forth in customer’s service agreement. Customer must remain in good standing and monthly rate may terminate if customer changes account in any manner including, but not limited to, their service location. Services not available everywhere. Lumen may change, cancel, or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area at its sole discretion without notice. Credit approval and deposit may be required. Offer may not be combined with other offers. Additional restrictions, terms and conditions apply. Listed bandwidth varies due to conditions outside of network control, including customer location, equipment, access through a wireless connection, and are not guaranteed.

DIA service can be ordered using the Lumen DIA Solutions Marketplace or by contacting our Lumen sales team. We will invoice your order. No credit card is required.
As an award-winning security provider, the Lumen platform features integrated security across the network, from the core to the edge. We’re defenders of a clean internet, utilizing Black Lotus Labs to proactively disrupt ~150 C2s per month through takedowns and notifications. We also offer a full suite of Lumen® Managed Security solutions with integrated platform applications and managed firewalls that embed high-fidelity intelligence, automatic threat detection and proactive response directly into our platform services—so you can identify and mitigate cyberattacks before they do harm.
Start by selecting your term, port bandwidth size and whether you need Flat Rate or Commit Plus Burst. Then, just choose your peak data rate and receive an itemized quote.
You may supply your own router, or Lumen can provide Managed Router service for an additional monthly recurring charge. Simply select the Managed Router option in Marketplace, and a pre-defined router based on your port type will be included with the order. You can also opt to have us manage the service installation from the demarc point to your office suite by selecting the Building Extension add-on option.
After you submit your order, you will receive an order number for reference. We’ll contact you to confirm the date of your building extension service and send email updates as your order progresses. You’ll receive a connection notification via email and in the Lumen Control Center customer portal when installation is complete. View your invoices anytime in the Lumen Control Center.
