The service-delivery process doesn't have to be complicated. Consider this your to-do checklist as we take you from entering your order through accepting your service and introducing you to your billing and service assurance team.

Just like you, we want to get it right the first time. Our first step is to confirm technical details for your order to help ensure an accurate and on-time delivery.
Next, we work with you to finalize service design so we can provide a delivery date.
After we design your service, we build, configure (logical and/or physical), and test the service.
Now that we've installed your service, it’s time to activate it. Depending on your service, you activate services on your own or we coordinate a scheduled activations.
Once your service is up and running, we hand over the service to you to manage. Access tools to help you manage your service and get your questions answered when you need help.
