Zoom Phone is a secure AI-powered cloud phone system. It provides centralized management for admins and gives employees the flexibility to manage calls from virtually anywhere, on any device. Zoom Phone benefits range from cloud calling connectivity options and call recording to intelligent call routing and emergency call enhancements.

Zoom Contact Center enables businesses to deliver prompt, accurate and highly personalized customer experiences that enhance engagement. All technical support is provided by Lumen through our standard customer support process. If we cannot solve the technical issue, we will collaborate with the Zoom support team.

If the customer has BYOC, we will refer them to their local PSTN service provider (which may or may not be Lumen) for issues identified as PSTN related.
