Lumen® Enablement Services for UC&C


*Listed rate available to qualifying business customers purchasing service for an eligible, continental U.S. location. Requires a 36-month term commitment and minimum purchase as stated. Monthly rate includes features listed and excludes network connectivity, applicable monthly usage, Microsoft licenses, optional add-on products and services and taxes and fees, which are all additional charges. Early termination fees will apply as set forth in customer’s service agreement. Customer must remain in good standing and monthly rate may terminate if customer changes account in any manner including, but not limited to, their service location. Services not available everywhere. Lumen may change, cancel or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area at its sole discretion without notice. Using Lumen global direct routing and telephone number management, we also help to control PSTN connections. Adding in the Lumen managed service and support wrapper along with adoption services creates a complete solution, all from one provider.

Customers can utilize the Lumen IP network as part of the overall solution, benefiting from exceptional call quality and bandwidth availability. Global Managed SBCs connect Microsoft Teams to the PSTN via the Lumen SIP footprint, one of the largest in the U.S. Customers can also bring their own SIP services.

Lumen provides dedicated end-to-end support, from purchase to deployment and adoption. Lumen shows customers how to use their solutions and can provide analytics and reporting to help improve the customer’s ROI. Even more, Lumen can take on Teams tenant management to free up IT resources.
