Updating Internet On‑Demand bandwidth

Using NaaS Manager, you can change the bandwidth of your existing Lumen® Internet On‑Demand connection to fit your needs.


You can also add Internet On‑Demand to Equinix and Digital Realty data centers or your customer site/building. 

 
If you no longer need the connection, you can disconnect it in NaaS Manager.

To update bandwidth: 

  1. Click Services.

    Control Center shows the Services console. Use the console to access an inventory of your services, check the status of orders, and manage your services.

  1. In the Service Managers box, click Network-as-a-Service (NaaS).

  1. Click the Services tab.

  1. Click the  icon in the Actions column next to the service you want to update the bandwidth for, then click Manage Service.

  1. Select Update Bandwidth from the action menu.

  1. Select the new bandwidth, then click CONTINUE. 
  1. Review the service details, then click SUBMIT ORDER. 

    The new bandwidth takes effect when provisioning is successful.
