With Control Center, you can manage your organization's services and
orders online. You can also view information about our latest products
and services and check locations to see if they qualify for new or
additional services.
You can also use Control Center to build a
single quote or multiple quotes at once (bulk quoting) to get pricing
for select products and services. You can also revise an existing quote
request or refresh an expired one. Once you get pricing on your quote,
you can turn it into an order.

You can use online order forms (OLOFs) to submit orders in Control Center. In Manage Orders, begin an OLOF by clicking Add, Change, or Disconnect, then select the an OLOF from the Service Type list:

Use switched batch ordering to place bulk orders for ANI, Switched 8XX and calling card services. You can submit a request to add, change, or disconnect a service; you can also block or unblock an ANI:
Dedicated 8XX batch is a bulk ordering functionality for Dedicated 8XX. It supports adding dedicated termination 8XX that are new/reserved or complementary carrier, but doesn't support porting 8XX or changes/disconnect actions:
