Updating Internet On‑Demand service nickname

Using NaaS Manager, you can change the Lumen® Internet On‑Demand service nickname that displays on your invoice.


You can also add Internet On‑Demand to Equinix and Digital Realty data centers or your customer site/building. 

To update the service nickname:

  1. Click Services.

    Control Center shows the Services console. Use the console to access an inventory of your services, check the status of orders, and manage your services.

  1. In the Service Managers box, click Network-as-a-Service (NaaS).
     

The NaaS Manager Overview lists connection options.

  1. Click the Services tab.

  1. Click the  icon in the Actions column next to the service you want to update the nickname for, then click Update Nickname. 
  1. Type in the New Nickname, then click SAVE.

    NaaS Manager updates the service nickname on the Services tab and the new nickname displays on your next invoice.
