Updating your LSR/CSR Online portal profile

If your contact information changes, you can update your profile for the LSR/CSR Online portal. Updating your information ensures Lumen can contact you about the requests you've submitted online. You can also update your password as needed to help keep your user profile secure.

To update your LSR/CSR Online portal profile:

  1. Click the My Profile tab.

    The LSR/CSR Online portal shows your profile information.

  1. Make changes to your profile, then click Apply Changes.

    The LSR/CSR Online portal saves your updates.
