  • We provide SLOs in initial communications for general guidance until we know all dependencies and can provide customer commit date (CCD).

  • Intervals are estimates and represent business days from the date you sign the contract until the date Lumen installs your service.

  • Vendor construction is ICB.

  • Longest terminating region interval applies.

  • For Lumen Managed Security Services and Managed IP/VPN with NA and EMEA terminations, add a minimum of 5 business days.

  • Voice and Lumen Voice Complete® SLOs dependent on related access SLOs.
