In Control Center, you can sign up for paperless billing for secure, anytime access to current and past Lumen invoices.
You can remove the AutoPay feature from an account using Control Center. After removed, you will go back to paying your Lumen invoice manually each month using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
Control Center stores Lumen invoices for the prior 24 months. If you need to retain a copy of your invoice for longer than that, you can request a PDF copy and download it and save it for your records.
Using Control Center, you can sign up to receive a PDF copy of your Lumen invoice each month. You can specify whether you want the PDF delivered securely using a password (which we recommend) or as a regular PDF.
Using Control Center, you can enroll to receive an invoice summary by mail each month. The invoice summary includes the information you receive today in your Lumen invoice without including the account- and service-level activity sections.
You can pay your Lumen invoice automatically each month by enrolling in AutoPay using the bank account you specify. You can enroll (or unenroll) in AutoPay at any time using Control Center.
If you no longer want to receive Lumen invoice PDFs by email, you can unenroll the account using Control Center.
You can view high-level information on your Lumen invoice or a copy of the entire invoice to examine details in Control Center.
You can compare up to 12 billing statements side-by-side in Hosted Bill Analyst (accessed from Media portal) to review costs and identify trends.
You can order a billing statement in Hosted Bill Analyst (accessed from Media portal) and receive a notification when it's ready for you to download and print.
