Using Control Center, you can request changes to your Lumen services online.
You can use Order Status in Control Center to track the progress of your wholesale orders for Lumen Dedicated and Switched services, batch orders and online order forms, Switched 8XX porting requests, and more.
Using the 1+ Switched and Toll Free page in Control Center, you can view the status of orders you places for toll-free numbers, terminations, route plans, etc.
Using the 1+ Switched and Toll Free page in Control Center, you can place a bulk order for toll-free numbers using a spreadsheet.
Using the 1+ Switched and Toll Free page in Control Center, you can create a bulk order for a toll-free terminations using a spreadsheet to avoid creating an order for terminations row by row. You can create a termination for a ring-to number or a switch/trunk group combination.

You can create requests to disconnect Lumen services in Control Center. Once you create a request, you can track its status online and communicate with Lumen within the request.
If you created a cross connect request, but don't yet have an order number to track the status in Control Center, you can request a status update using Control Center.
Using Control Center, you can request a new cross connect or modify an existing cross connect purchased from Lumen.
If you no longer want to disconnect a service, you can cancel a disconnect request using Control Center.
You can update directory listing information (or remove a phone number from the directory) for phone numbers on your Lumen Voice Complete service by submitting a change request using Control Center.
