You can use Order Status in Control Center to track the progress of your wholesale orders for Lumen Dedicated and Switched services, batch orders and online order forms, Switched 8XX porting requests, and more.
You can submit an order request to add a calling card in Control Center.
After you submit an order to add a calling card, you can change it in Control Center.
Disconnecting a calling card releases your customer from your Lumen billing account and shuts the calling card number off in the switch.

You can use the Dedicated 8XX batch formatter to create new 8XX Bulk Add files for adding Lumen Dedicated 8XX numbers to a customer’s account. You may need admin rights to install the software to your computer; check with your company's IT department.
The 8XX Bulk Add File Format template is a spreadsheet you can use to arrange the data to be loaded into the Batch Formatter application, then uploaded in Control Center.
Using Control Center, you can submit an order to disconnect an ANI and release your customer from your Lumen billing account.
If you no longer need an order template you created, you can delete it from Control Center.
You can use the Dedicated 8XX batch formatter to create new 8XX bulk add files for adding Dedicated 8XX numbers to your account using Control Center.
Using Control Center, you can submit an order to disconnect a Switched 8XX service from your Lumen account.
Ordering switched services using single order entry (SOE) is useful when you have a small to medium volume of orders in a single day. You can enter your order information directly in to Control Center.
You can view a list of templates you've created for submitting wholesale orders to Lumen for processing.
You can use the IP Solutions OLOF to submit order requests for Lumen Internet Port, Private Port VPN, and Private Port VPLS using Control Center.
You can submit a request to unblock an ANI in Control Center and allow calls to a toll-free number from the specific ANI.
