Changing your portal password or passcode
As a Voice Feature Management portal user, you can change your own portal password and passcode in the portal.
To change your Voice Feature Management portal password or passcode:
- To access the Voice Feature Management portal, do one of the following:
- If you're currently signed in to Control Center, click Services. Then, click Voice Feature Mgmt (in the Service Portals box). Then, on the Voice Feature Management page, click Launch Voice Feature Management.
- If you're not currently signed in to Control Center, open a browser and go to https://voiceconfig.lumen.com.
- If you're currently signed in to Control Center, click Services. Then, click Voice Feature Mgmt (in the Service Portals box). Then, on the Voice Feature Management page, click Launch Voice Feature Management.
The Voice Feature Management portal shows your calling features.
- Click the Profile tab.
- Click the + next to Change Password.
- Change your Voice Feature Management portal password or passcode by doing one of the following:
- To create a new password yourself, type your new password/passcode, retype the password/passcode, then click Save.
- To have the Voice Feature Management portal create a password or passcode for you, click Generate.
- To create a new password yourself, type your new password/passcode, retype the password/passcode, then click Save.
- Click Show/Hide password to keep it hidden or show it when you log in to the portal.
