Using Media portal, you can create and manage support tickets for your CDN services. Use support tickets to request changes to your service or to report problems with your service.
For open tickets, you can update a ticket by adding notes to communicate with Lumen, updating contact information, or adding attachments. You can also close a ticket if we've resolved your issue or you want to cancel your request.
