To make submitting wholesale orders to Lumen easier, you can create order templates in Control Center from OLOF and DTFO orders.
If you no longer need an order template you created, you can delete it from Control Center.
You can view a list of templates you've created for submitting wholesale orders to Lumen for processing.
Using Control Center, you can cancel an order for Lumen Fiber+ Internet. You can cancel service for a single location on an order or cancel an entire order.
Using Control Center, you can make changes to an in-flight order for Lumen Fiber+ Internet such as changing contact information, upgrading bandwidth, or adding a Lumen-provided router.
Using the 1+ Switched and Toll Free page in Control Center, you can create a bulk order for a toll-free terminations using a spreadsheet to avoid creating an order for terminations row by row. You can create a termination for a ring-to number or a switch/trunk group combination.
After you create a disconnect request in Control Center, you can edit the contact information, add notes to communicate with Lumen, or add attachments to update the request.
After you create a saved view of Lumen orders in Control Center, you can edit the view to adjust the columns shown for the view or advanced filters applied (such as the location, order ID, or billing account number).
You can view the status of an order in Control Center, including a timeline with milestones for when the Lumen services will be ready to use.
You can filter, sort, or search through all of your orders to find the one you are looking for.
You can use Control Center to submit a request to move Lumen Toll-Free, IQ Networking, or Private Line services to a different address.
After you create a disconnect request, you can track the status of your request in Control Center.
You can request to disconnect services online using Control Center that you no longer need.
If you no longer need a saved view of Lumen orders for your organization, you can delete it from Control Center.
If you no longer want to disconnect a service, you can cancel a disconnect request using Control Center.
Using Control Center, you can request a new cross connect or modify an existing cross connect purchased from Lumen.
To help you manage Lumen orders, you can change your default order status view in Control Center—to another saved view, to a new view, or to the default view for Control Center.
Using the 1+ Switched and Toll Free page in Control Center, you can view the status of orders you places for toll-free numbers, terminations, route plans, etc.
