You Lumen invoice contains charges for services you've purchased in addition to other important information. Learn more about how to read your invoice and find the information you need.
You can submit a billing request in Control Center to change your billing address, dispute a charge, clarify a charge, or request a refund from Lumen.
Using Control Center, you can sign up to receive a PDF copy of your Lumen invoice each month. You can specify whether you want the PDF delivered securely using a password (which we recommend) or as a regular PDF.
Using Control Center, you can select how you'd like your Lumen invoice delivered to you. Depending on which services you have with us, you can choose paperless (electronic) or paper delivery.
You can change your billing address online for your Lumen local or long distance services using Control Center. Your change will be effective immediately. To change the billing address for other types of services, you submit a billing request.
Using Control Center, you can ask Lumen to close an active billing request if you are able to resolve your billing issue on your own or no longer need our help.
After you've requested a PDF copy of a bill and download it, you can delete it if you no longer need it. Control Center deletes the PDF after 14 days, but you can delete it sooner if you want to be tidy.
When you request a PDF copy of a Lumen invoice using Control Center, they're usually ready almost instantaneously. However, if the invoice you order is large, there will be a delay. You can view the status of the invoice so you can download the PDF when it's ready.
You can view a Lumen invoice for a prior month (up to 24 months ago) using Control Center.
You can remove the Autopay feature from an account using Control Center. After removed, you will go back to paying your invoice manually each month using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
If you no longer want to receive Lumen invoice PDFs by email, you can unenroll the account using Control Center.
You can update information in open billing requests in Control Center: add notes, attach files to help Lumen process your request, list invoices, and update contact information.
You can order a PDF of a prior month's Lumen invoice in Control Center. Control Center stores copies of your current invoice and invoices for the previous 23 months.
You can request and download a PDF copy of your Lumen invoice in Control Center. You'll receive an email when the invoice PDF is available to download.

You can allocate a service across multiple nodes in an Bill Analyst hierarchy; this helps you accurately assign costs to departments that are sharing a service.
You can delete a private hierarchy in Bill Analyst any time; you can only delete a public hierarchy if you are the administrator or the administrator gives you permission.
Depending on the type of account and permissions you have, you can see a list of the billing tickets submitted for your organization and check their status in Control Center.
