You can retrieve the Usage Analyst use reports you've ordered and download them.
You can submit a billing request in Control Center to change your billing address, dispute a charge, clarify a charge, or request a refund from Lumen.
You can pay your Lumen invoice in Control Center using your checking, savings, or money-market account. You'll need your routing and account number to finalize the payment.
Using Control Center, you can sign up to receive a PDF copy of your Lumen invoice each month. You can specify whether you want the PDF delivered securely using a password (which we recommend) or as a regular PDF.

Using Control Center, you can enroll to receive an invoice summary by mail each month. The invoice summary includes the information you receive today in your Lumen invoice without including the account- and service-level activity sections.
You can change your billing address online for your Lumen local or long distance services using Control Center. Your change will be effective immediately. To change the billing address for other types of services, you submit a billing request.
Using Control Center, you can ask Lumen to close an active billing request if you are able to resolve your billing issue on your own or no longer need our help.
If you made a credit card or bank account payment and need to cancel the payment, you can cancel it using Control Center.
Using Control Center, you can pay your Lumen invoice online using a credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Depending on the type of account and permissions you have, you can see a list of the billing tickets submitted for your organization and check their status in Control Center.
Using Control Center, you can view a list of payments scheduled for Lumen accounts on an enterprise ID.
In Control Center, you can find your payment history and see the delivery method, payment method, most recent payment, date the payment was received, and current balance for your Lumen services.

You can pay your Lumen invoice automatically each month by enrolling in AutoPay using the bank account you specify. You can enroll (or unenroll) in AutoPay at any time using Control Center.
After you enroll in AutoPay, you can make changes to the payment information used for AutoPay in Control Center.
You can remove the AutoPay feature from an account using Control Center. After removed, you will go back to paying your Lumen invoice manually each month using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
You can add or remove accounts for billing groups you created in Control Center to help you manage Lumen accounts.
