Using Control Center, you can sign up to receive a PDF copy of your Lumen invoice each month. You can specify whether you want the PDF delivered securely using a password (which we recommend) or as a regular PDF.
Using Control Center, you can enroll to receive an invoice summary by mail each month. The invoice summary includes the information you receive today in your Lumen invoice without including the account- and service-level activity sections.
You can change your billing address online for your Lumen local or long distance services using Control Center. Your change will be effective immediately. To change the billing address for other types of services, you submit a billing request.

You can remove the AutoPay feature from an account using Control Center. After removed, you will go back to paying your Lumen invoice manually each month using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
