In Control Center, you can access information about the Lumen services available to help your organization achieve its goals.
You can manage your Lumen Encrypted Wavelength services in Control Center. Once your service is set up, you need to set the initial passwords for your network cards. From there, you can manage the card passwords, set the authentication key, and update card firmware, and view a log of changes to your service.
Using Control Center, you can cancel an order for Lumen Fiber+ Internet. You can cancel service for a single location on an order or cancel an entire order.
Once you create a route plan for a Lumen SIP trunk service, you can assign it to phone numbers on the service using Control Center.

You can add a trunk group to a route plan for a SIP Trunk service using Control Center. Typically, you add a trunk group to provide a failover option (for route plans with a sequential hunt) or to balance call volume between two or more trunk groups (for route plans with a percent allocation hunt).
For security, you should periodically request firmware updates for the network cards associated with your Encrypted Wavelength service.
You can use the percentage-allocation routing feature in Control Center to automatically redirect a certain amount of your inbound toll-free calls to different locations.

You can create and save up to 20 call plans using Control Center so they are ready to be used when you need to reroute calls at a moments notice.

Using Control Center, you can change the WiFi network password for a Lumen Fiber+ Internet service.
