In Control Center, you can access information about the Lumen services available to help your organization achieve its goals.
You can use the time-of-day feature in Control Center to schedule exactly when your calls should start and stop being transferred to a particular location.
You can use the day-of-week feature in Control Center to send your toll-free call traffic to a different location on certain days.
You can customize the calling area(s) phone numbers that can be dialed from your Lumen SIP Trunk service using Control Center. For example, you can block a number from making long-distance calls or you can restrict the long-distance calling for a number to U.S. only.
You can create and save up to 20 call plans using Control Center so they are ready to be used when you need to reroute calls at a moments notice.
You can create new route plans and add descriptions for your SIP trunk service using Control Center.
You can create a custom holiday in Control Center so you can reroute toll-free call traffic on days that are significant to your business.
Using Control Center, you can change the WiFi network password for a Lumen Fiber+ Internet service.
You can use the day-of-year feature in Control Center to redirect your toll-free call traffic on holidays that are significant to your business.
You can use geographical routing in Control Center to automatically redirect your inbound toll-free calls based on where the caller is dialing from.
You can use the percentage-allocation routing feature in Control Center to automatically redirect a certain amount of your inbound toll-free calls to different locations.
You can manage your Lumen Managed VoIP and Integrated Access services using the VoIP portal.
You can change the termination number, NPA/NXX, state, or LATA for the geographic plans you've created using Control Center.
You can manage your outbound traffic and delete route plans for one or more of your enterprise trunks on your Lumen SIP Trunk service in Control Center.
